My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, being centrally located on the bay side next to Padre Rita Grill, but the pervasive smell of urine dampened the experience. The service, while initially welcoming, took a turn for the worse with some staff being rude. The dining options were minimal, with expired milk at breakfast, but the hotel was clean and offered basic facilities.

Upon entering my non-smoking room, I was disappointed to find it lacking a fridge and clean towels. The smell of animal urine lingered in the air, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The absence of basic amenities like a phone and TV control added to the discomfort.

Initially, the staff was friendly and tried to accommodate our needs, but their lack of preparedness, especially during breakfast service, was evident. Unfortunately, one of the staff members, supposed to be in charge, displayed a notably rude behavior, souring the service experience.
